Pregnancy Progression

First Trimester

  • Early body changes, fatigue, and hormonal shifts

  • Education on pelvic health, bladder/bowel changes, and safe movement

  • Gentle mobility and breath work to support the pelvic floor and core

Second Trimester

  • Managing growing belly and postural strain

  • Addressing pain: sciatica, round ligament pain, pelvic girdle pain

  • Initiate pelvic muscle awareness and pressure management techniques

Third Trimester

  • Preparing for birth: pelvic floor lengthening, labor positions

  • Addressing heaviness, prolapse, and bladder symptoms

  • Begin Push Prep and postpartum recovery planning

Diastasis Rectus Abdominis (DRA)

DRA is the abdominal muscle separation common during and after pregnancy.

Symptoms include abdominal doming or weakness when lifting or changing positions.

We assess abdominal wall function and create an individualized plan to re-coordinate the core and pelvic floor safely.

Return to Running or Exercise

Regaining strength doesn’t mean pushing through symptoms.

We evaluate readiness for higher impact movement through pelvic floor, hip, and core testing.

Our progression plan ensures you're set up for sustainable success and injury prevention.

Labor & Delivery Prep:

Push Prep Program

Our signature Push Prep Program focuses on empowering birthing bodies through education and movement.

Sessions are tailored to improve body awareness, teach exhalation-based pushing techniques, and support partners in labor assistance.

Includes internal pelvic floor assessment, labor positioning, and postpartum care planning.

Postpartum Recovery

The fourth trimester is a critical time to restore balance and rebuild strength.

We treat pelvic pain, leaking, prolapse, scar tissue concerns (C-section or vaginal), and more.

Therapy includes internal pelvic assessment, gentle reintegration of movement, and emotional support for healing.

Treatment for Clogged Milk Ducts & Mastitis

Clogged ducts can be painful and may progress to infection if untreated.

We use infrared light, ultrasound, and manual therapy to promote drainage and healing.

Early intervention is key—therapy can help avoid antibiotics or mastitis progression.

Support your changing body—at every stage.

Whether you’re newly pregnant, preparing for delivery, or navigating life after birth, Inland Pelvic Health offers personalized care that meets you exactly where you are.
