Bladder Conditions We Treat
Stress Incontinence
Leaking urine when you cough, sneeze, jump, or lift? Stress incontinence is caused by pressure on the bladder and pelvic floor weakness. Our therapy program strengthens support structures and retrains pressure coordination to eliminate leaking.
Mixed Incontinence
If you leak from both urgency and activity (like sneezing), you may have mixed incontinence. We provide a personalized care plan that addresses both bladder muscle irritability and pelvic support weakness.
Bladder Pain Syndrome / Interstitial Cystitis (IC/BPS)
Chronic bladder pain and pressure with urgency or frequency may be signs of IC. We identify muscle, nerve, and fascial contributors and use gentle manual therapy and bladder retraining techniques to reduce symptoms.
Incomplete Bladder Emptying
If your bladder doesn’t fully empty, you may feel pressure or have to urinate often. We address mechanical, muscular, and neurological causes and restore coordination for full bladder release.
Pelvic Floor Muscle Dysfunction Affecting Bladder Control
Tight or weak pelvic floor muscles can disrupt bladder control. Our therapists identify imbalances and guide your body through targeted therapy to support healthy bladder mechanics.
Urge Incontinence
This type of bladder leaking is driven by sudden, uncontrollable urges to urinate. We use pelvic floor training and nervous system retraining to calm bladder overactivity and restore control.
Overactive Bladder (OAB)
OAB causes frequent urination, strong urges, and nocturia (waking at night to pee). Our pelvic therapy approach retrains bladder habits, improves pelvic muscle response, and restores bladder calm.
Urinary Urgency & Frequency
Always looking for a bathroom? Pelvic floor tension, bladder irritation, or nervous system sensitization may be the cause. Our treatments restore timing, reduce inflammation, and help you feel confident again.
Postpartum Bladder Symptoms
After birth, you may experience bladder leaks, urgency, or hesitancy. Our postpartum pelvic rehab restores muscle strength, improves nerve signaling, and supports full bladder recovery.
Male Bladder Issues (Prostate & Pelvic-Related)
Men may develop bladder symptoms due to pelvic floor dysfunction, prostate surgery, or nerve irritation. We treat urinary hesitancy, frequency, post-void dribbling, and more through skilled pelvic rehab.
