At Inland Pelvic Health, our mission is simple: to provide personalized, compassionate, and expert pelvic therapy so patients can find relief, build confidence, and feel empowered in every stage of life. As our community’s need for specialized pelvic care continues to grow, we are expanding our team — and we’re actively seeking exceptional pelvic therapists who want to build a meaningful, purpose-driven career in this specialty. Our patients trust us with some of their most vulnerable experiences, and we are committed to protecting the level of care they deserve by welcoming new clinicians who share our heart for this work.
Our Training Commitment: How We Build Exceptional Pelvic Therapists
Pelvic therapy is not something taught in depth during traditional PT or OT programs — it is a post-doctoral specialty that requires advanced training, mentorship, and a deep understanding of pelvic anatomy, physiology, and whole-person care. At Inland Pelvic Health, we invest heavily in every clinician who joins our team. Dr. Laura provides direct mentorship to each therapist, ensuring they develop confidence, clinical reasoning, and hands-on skill that reflect the highest standards of pelvic rehabilitation. New providers receive weeks of paid, one-on-one training, opportunities to shadow multiple pelvic therapists on the team, and scheduled individual mentorship meetings for steady guidance as they grow. This structure ensures every therapist is supported, prepared, and fully equipped to deliver thorough, evidence-based, patient-centered care.
Why We’re Growing
Patients rely on us during some of the most vulnerable chapters of their lives. Many seek us after years of unanswered questions, misdiagnoses, or feeling unseen in the healthcare system. As more people discover the value of comprehensive pelvic therapy, our waitlists continue to grow. Bringing on additional therapists allows us to expand access while maintaining the deep, individualized approach our patients count on.
Growth means:
More availability for new patients
Shorter wait times
Consistent, high-quality support through every stage of healing
Every role we add is an investment in our community and in the level of care we promise.
Why Clinicians Love Working Here
We are looking for therapists who want more than a job — clinicians who want to grow in a specialty that truly changes lives. Therapists thrive at Inland Pelvic Health because we offer:
One-hour, one-on-one treatments — no double-booking and no aides
A collaborative, welcoming team committed to lifting each other up
A structured clinical framework (Investigate → Initiate → Integrate → Infinity) for clarity and confidence in treatment planning
A motivated patient population, eager for guidance and supportive partnership
A clinic culture that values compassion, curiosity, and clinical excellence
We build clinicians who feel supported, confident, and empowered to practice pelvic therapy the way it was meant to be practiced.
What This Growth Means for Our Patients
Your care remains at the center of everything we do. Expanding our team allows us to:
Maintain the same depth and quality in every appointment
Provide more scheduling flexibility
Continue offering personalized, whole-person treatment without rushing
Ensure every patient receives a therapist who has been thoroughly trained and supported
This growth strengthens our ability to provide consistent, thoughtful, expert care — the kind our community has come to trust.
If You’re a Therapist Ready for a Purpose-Driven Career
We want to meet clinicians who feel genuinely inspired by pelvic health and who value teamwork, mentorship, and clinical growth. The therapists who thrive with us tend to:
Feel energized by complex pelvic cases across all genders and life stages
Value continued learning and appreciate structured mentorship
Want to practice with intention, rather than rushing or burning out
Are motivated by helping patients feel empowered, informed, and in control of their healing
If you’re ready to join a clinic that invests deeply in both patients and providers, we’d love to meet you.
